Dark is the only theme right now — the cut ribbon's colour-coded vertex shading and the WebGL grid both look best on dark backgrounds, and most hobby CAD/CAM tools are dark anyway. Light theme would mean re-engineering the 3D viewport's lighting + every panel's contrast curve. Maybe a v2 thing if there's demand.
