This software, including the cncfoam.com web tool, simulator, source code,
algorithms, design, documentation, and visual assets (the "Software"), is the
exclusive property of Pete Scheepens.

PERMITTED:
- Using the hosted tool at cncfoam.com to design, simulate, and (when
  connected to your own hardware) cut foam parts for any purpose, including
  commercial use of the resulting parts.
- Linking to cncfoam.com.

NOT PERMITTED WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN PERMISSION:
- Copying, redistributing, mirroring, or rehosting any portion of the
  Software, in whole or in part.
- Modifying, adapting, translating, decompiling, disassembling, reverse
  engineering, or attempting to derive the source code or algorithms of
  the Software beyond what is unavoidable when running it in a browser
  for personal use.
- Removing, obscuring, or altering copyright notices, license text,
  watermarks, or attribution.
- Using the Software, or content extracted from it, to train, fine-tune,
  evaluate, or otherwise develop machine-learning or AI models or
  datasets.
- Selling, sublicensing, or otherwise commercially exploiting the
  Software or any derivative work.
- Automated scraping, crawling, or bulk downloading except by well-behaved
  search-engine crawlers that respect robots.txt.

The browser inevitably exposes client-side code in order to run the tool.
This exposure is solely for the purpose of executing the Software in the
user's browser and does not grant any rights to copy, redistribute, modify,
or create derivative works.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. IN NO EVENT
SHALL THE AUTHOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING
FROM USE OF THE SOFTWARE OR ANY HARDWARE BUILT WITH ITS GUIDANCE.
