Not yet — the G-code viewer (Settings → Tool interface → G-code viewer) shows the generated G-code colour-coded, but it's read-only. You can download the G-code, edit in a text editor, then re-upload via Load G-code if you really need to.
In-tool editing is on the roadmap but low priority — most users don't need it once the morph generator + OBJECT-bar transforms cover their needs.
