Yes. Hot-wire "kerf" is the gap between the wire's physical diameter and the actual cut width — the foam melts back from the wire. With a 0.3mm wire on EPS at moderate temperature you typically lose 0.4-0.8mm on each side, so your part comes out 0.8-1.6mm SMALLER than the toolpath.
Kerf compensation (offsetting the path outward) isn't implemented in the tool yet — it's on the roadmap. For now: either cut a sacrificial test and adjust your SVG accordingly, or oversize the shape by your measured kerf and accept the cosmetic implications on tight corners.
