How do I cut tapered or swept wings (the morph)?

That is exactly what a 4-axis (X/Y + U/V) machine plus a two-profile morph is for. You give the cutter a root profile for one end and a tip profile for the other; the wire blends linearly between them along the span, so the section, chord, sweep and washout can all change from root to tip.

In https://cncfoam.com, load Profile A and Profile B (or use the wing generator with root/tip chords, span, sweep and wash), and the tool morphs them and previews the swept solid before you cut. Keep both profiles aligned at a common reference (usually the leading edge) so the blend is clean. A 2-axis machine cannot do this — it can only extrude one constant section.
