On a 4-axis machine, mismatched ends usually mean a setup or sync problem, not a design one. Check that the towers are square and parallel and that both sides have the same steps/mm (calibrate each axis). Confirm the foam is mounted square to both towers and that Profile A and Profile B share a common reference point (leading edge) so the morph blends symmetrically.
Also verify U/V are not reversed or swapped in your firmware mapping — a flipped direction on one end skews everything. If a 2-axis result looks off, make sure U/V are truly mirroring X/Y. Get the geometry and per-axis calibration matched on both sides and the ends will track together.
