Use the tool's G-code profile / axis remap at download. The library and tool keep motion in canonical X Y U V (plus A for rotation), but many controllers expect different letters — for instance some 4-axis firmwares want X Y Z A, or U→Z and V→B. The download/stream settings let you pick a profile (foam-native XYUVA, a GRBL-style remap, or a custom mapping) and the output is rewritten to those letters.
The motion is identical — only the axis labels change — so you do not need to redesign anything. Set the mapping once to match your FluidNC/GRBL config and every file you export will speak your machine's dialect. The live G-code preview shows exactly what will be sent.
